Happy ALMOST weekend my friends!
I have been having a blast crafting lately!
And I am SO in love with spring and spring decor.
My projects lately have been ohhh so exactly what I would call "Jaime" projects.
They are meaningful, they are simple and so I love them.
"Jaime" projects are
projects that I am enjoying, I kind of, sort of, feel like I am getting back to the basics of my crafting and creating---
which is kind of exactly what I was doing when I first started blogging...
and I think that is okay.
Kind of fun.
Kind of cool.
I just did a simple up-cycle with this pitcher that I picked up last spring.
I stamped on a favorite and meaningful quote with my most favorite craft "thing" at the moment---
my dollar section alphabet stamp set.
I used StazOn ink because it is a permanent ink that will adhere to shiny surfaces.
I think the quote added a lot and it made the pitcher special to me.
Aw, this is so beautiful! What a great quote! You have such a way of displaying your decor so effortlessly. I love it.
ReplyDeleteJaime,
ReplyDeleteI love this project. What a fun idea and I am totally pinning it. Love the sweet message too and the nest with the blue eggs....so cute.

Jaime projects are the best - love to see that unique style coming through, again!
ReplyDeleteI love the pitcher! SO CUTE!!!! Wha store's dollar aisle did you nab that stamp from? Such a cute one!!!
ReplyDeleteOkay, two things:
ReplyDelete1) I have several pitches just like that ... and now, I'm going to have to do this!!!
2) Did you SERIOUSLY stamp on every single letter individually!?! (And how the heck did you do that without messing up!!?)
AND .... I LOVE IT!
(I know that was three things ...)
Hugs!

Love this! So simple but so sweet and personal.
ReplyDeleteI really love the pitcher! The quote is great and I love the font of the stamps. I use Stayz on all the time and it works great! (just don't put anything made with it in the dishwasher)
ReplyDeleteGreat pitcher!
Susan
Love it, Jaime! Simple and sweet just like I like. I may be snagging this idea for a similar looking pitcher that I just painted pale pink for Edyn's room.
ReplyDeleteLove the pitcher! What a great idea using stamps... Your whole decor is so peaceful and hopeful. Great job!

REALLY love the pitcher with the feathers!
ReplyDeleteI love it! The pitcher looks like something that would be really expensive on Etsy now :)
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous. Reminds me of Anthropologie plates that had poems on them. Truly lovely. I'm going to have to get some of that ink.
ReplyDeleteThe little nest... how cute!

I LOVE that pitcher!! I will now be on an obsessive hunt for a white pitcher so I can do the same. Thanks for sharing such an incredible craft!!

I love the shape of that pitcher. And words and quotes are some of my very favorite things! Your vignette is awesome!
ReplyDeleteSometimes the simplest projects are the best projects :-) Love your sweet little pitcher, as well as all the other beautiful pieces in your photos. Your colour palette is perfection!

This is so great! I saw you featured and thought I'd commented, but must have at Centsational Girl and not here. I can so relate to your "Jaime" project concept. I have been feeling a bit out of sorts lately, trying to get in my groove, floundering a bit with inspiration vs what I REALLY want in my home. I'm so glad you've found your crafty mojo and hope to follow suit. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for linking up to the party.
